Animal Mixing Trio
What you need:
Fancy an animal-themed pool party? Then throw your water wings in the air and make room for our cheerful trio of tigers, hippos and koalas! As soon as the three of them appear, every paddling pool becomes a real summer adventure. With their colorful outfits, their beaming faces and their unmistakable foliatastic charm, they are sure to put everyone in a good mood. Whether in the garden, on the balcony or at the next children's birthday party.
The tiger plunges bravely into every wave, the hippo brings his very own splashing fun and the koala? He's chilling out with his favorite accessory, relaxed and super cool. Each animal has its own personal pool item at the start, perfect for splashing around, laughing and enjoying the summer sun. With a few crafting steps and the right materials, you can conjure up your own little pool party dream team in no time at all. And the best thing is that the three of them look amazing in any look! So: water on, craft supplies at the ready and off you go to the most foliatastic pool party of the summer!
Paint three tin cans with different chalk colors and let them dry well. Depending on the opacity, you can paint the cans a second time.
Now print out the craft template and cut out the individual parts. Then transfer them to construction paper or foam rubber.
The swimming accessories, ball, sunglasses and diving goggles, are made from a different material. For the swimming ball, glue iridescent paper onto a felt ball. For the sunglasses, bend clips into the shape of glasses and glue iridescent foil into the lenses. The diving goggles are made from chenille wire and also have iridescent foil as lenses.
Now place the finished head, body and lower body each on a tin of the same color to make three towers of three animals.
Now you can swap the body parts.
