Since 1965, folia has been the go-to destination for all kinds of trendy and traditional craft supplies. We’re looking for a Media Designer (m/f/d) in the prepress department for our print shop to start as soon as possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital imposition.
- CtP quality control and color management.
- Operating the CtP system, the Fuji XMF workflow, and the proofing devices.
- Data verification and preparation for printing.
YOU’RE A GOOD FIT FOR US IF
- you have successfully completed your apprenticeship as a print media designer or have a comparable qualification. Whether you have a lot of professional experience or just a little—your skills are what matter.
- you have experience in digital sheet assembly and plate imaging.
- Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are your digital home.
- You’re familiar with operating output devices in prepress.
- you have an affinity for print products as well as printing and media technology.
- You have an independent and self-directed work style.
