These chic retro wooden pegs don’t just like hanging on the clothes horse. With a pencil, foil, construction paper and a pompom as a bun, you can quickly transform them into mini dolls.
You can paint and decorate the unpainted wood however you like. From
iridescent raincoats to blue dungarees – you can conjure up chic
accessories for your Peggy Friends with scraps from your craft box.
Whether as a pendant for your next gift or as a plug for your favorite
plants, the flower girls are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. So
grab your retro wooden clips and get crafting.
Print out the crafting template and cut out the round shapes from the iridescent foil for the iridescent coat and skirt.
Cut out the remaining shapes from photo card. Tip: The Folia silhouette
scissors are a great little helper, especially for the small parts.
Done with cutting.
Now it’s time to paint the figures. You can use chalk paint or the 2 in 1
fibre-tip pens, for example. Tip: The chalk colours are great for
mixing with each other. For lilac, simply mix pink and a little mint.
The face is easiest to draw with the thin side of the fibre-tip pens.
Now leave the figurines to dry.
To attach the coat and skirt, stick a piece of double-sided adhesive
tape around the hips or on the back of the shoulders of the figures.
Take the smaller circle cut out of iridescent foil for the skirt. Start
by pressing it onto the centre of the adhesive tape and gather the foil
around the figure.
Use the larger circle blank for the coat. Also start pressing in the centre and gather the foil to the left and right.
Cut a 9 cm long piece of the iridescent chenille wire and thread the two
small wooden beads onto it as hands. Repeat this three times to make
arms for all the figures.
For the dungarees figure, glue on the photo cardboard straps and the
felt pompom as a bun. Glue the arms to the back of the neck of all the
figures. The coat is given a bow made of photo cardboard as a closure and the figure is also given a pompom bun.

it to the smaller flower made from photo card. Push the small yellow
pompom through the carved hole in the centre. Now you can put the flower
in the arm of one of the figures.
