Print out the template and cut out all the parts.
Pin the template to the craft felt and cut out all the parts.
First sew the small elements (heel, front, cap, star) onto one of the two boots using metallic thread and a needle. Use the backstitch technique for this.
Now sew the two boot parts together using the same technique. The felt fringes on the back of the boot are sewn in directly.
The face is now glued on for a cute look.
To hang it up, sew the hanging ribbon to the top of the upper boot.
