School Cone Pigeon
High above the city rooftops is where she feels at home – but our school cone pigeon lands right in your schoolyard just in time for the first day of school. With fluffy tulle, shimmering feathers, and watchful paper eyes, she proudly accompanies you on your big day. A charming mix of playful details and modern design makes this school cone a truly eye-catching companion for the start of your school adventure.
Print the template and carefully cut out all the individual pieces.
Trace the template pieces onto cardstock and cut them out.
Glue the beak and eyes onto the pigeon’s head. Then attach the wing pattern pieces to the wings.
Use double-sided tape to attach the mint-coloured tulle to the inside of the school cone. Then glue the matching crepe paper over the tulle.
Assemble the school cone.
Using a craft knife, cut a straight slit into the upper section of the cone. The pigeon’s head will later be inserted into this slit.
Insert the head into the slit and attach the three neck pieces between the head and the cone, slightly overlapping them in a stepped arrangement.
Secure the wings to the sides of the cone using double-sided tape.
Shape two legs from the chenille wire by twisting it together. Make a small hole in the bottom of the school cone and insert the legs through it.
Fill the school cone, tie the crepe paper and tulle together, and your pigeon school cone is ready to take flight!
