Shoe Charms
What you need:
- Shoes with straps
- folia template
- Pins
- folia craft felt
- folia craft scissors
- folia foam rubber glue
It doesn’t get more colourful than this — with fresh flowers, shiny apples, or cosy little houses, you can give your plain sandals a touch of summer joy.
Simply cut from felt and finished with a small loop, these cute shoe charms can easily be threaded onto the straps, letting you decorate your feet however you like — ready for a dance through the first days of summer.
Print out the template and carefully cut out all the motifs.
Pin the motifs onto the craft felt using pins and cut them out neatly.
Then glue all the individual pieces together using foam rubber glue.
Cut felt strips measuring 4 cm x 2 cm and glue them onto the top and bottom edges on the back of your motifs. These will form the loops used to thread the charms onto the shoe straps. Let everything dry thoroughly.
Now slide the finished felt motifs onto the shoe straps and arrange them however you like best.
