DIY llama carousel
What you need:
- folia template
- folia wool pompoms
- folia clay paper
- folia wooden sticks
- folia craft scissors
- folia craft glue
- Scotch tape
There's no drama when I'm with my llama! Because sometimes all it takes is a few bright splashes of color, a little glitter and a big dose of imagination to bring the fairground feeling right into your living room. Just imagine: Colorful lights scurry through the air like little fireflies, screaming children whiz past you happily and the smell of roasted almonds makes every corner a little sweeter. And then they blink out of the distance: llamas! So fluffy, so friendly, so ready for a merry-go-round.
Create your own mini fairground world with our cute llama carousel DIY. Every little paper llama ride is a cheerful round full of good-humored moments that will immediately put a smile on your face. Whether as decoration, a little highlight for the children's room or as a DIY project for a cozy afternoon of handicrafts. Your llama carousel brings lightness, color and a pinch of fairground magic to your day. So grab some scissors, paper and a bit of crafting courage, your llama is already lining up for the next round!
Simply print out the folia template, cut it out and transfer it to the construction paper with a pencil. Attention: The long strip must be glued together at the marked point before transferring.
Cut out the transferred carousel parts and glue them together at the marked points. The large glue tabs will help you here.
You can now decorate the roof of the carousel to your heart's content!
Cut out the llamas along the thin black line and glue them together with the backsides facing each other. For more stability, you can optionally place a piece of construction paper in between.
Now attach the wooden sticks to the back of the llamas with a strip of adhesive tape and stick the top part of the sticks to the inside of the carousel roof.
Place the carousel roof on the support leg and you're ready to go. Now all you have to do is hold your hair in place and off you go!
