"I go with my panda and my panda goes with me." Well, if that doesn't sound like a very special lantern adventure. Our panda lantern is a real eye-catcher during the parade and lights up every path. With its round tummy and friendly, shining face, the little furry friend will accompany you through the dark and immediately conjure up a "panda-like" smile on everyone's face.
And after the walk? The lantern panda makes itself comfortable as a decoration or small bedside lamp in the children's room and provides cuddly soft, feel-good light. The best thing about it: your new light companion is very easy to make. With a little paper, glue, imagination and perhaps a tiny "bamboo snack" to motivate you, you can conjure up your own panda in no time at all. Whether you give it as a gift, put it to sleep, play with it or marvel at it - your new light friend is ready for any adventure.
Schritt 1
Cut out the ears, eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks from the photo cardboard. Cut a circle out of tracing paper for the face. We covered the back of the lantern with a circle of white photo card.
Schritt 2
Stick the circle of transparent paper onto the round lantern blank using double-sided adhesive tape. On the reverse side, stick the white photo card onto the round opening of the lantern.
Schritt 3
Now attach the remaining parts such as the ears, eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks of the panda bear to the lantern blank using double-sided adhesive tape.
Schritt 4
Then fold the round lantern blank together. Now you just need to attach the bracket: Using a sturdy needle, drill a hole in the top center of both sides of the lantern to push the wire bracket through. Stick the LED decorative light into the lantern using double-sided adhesive tape. Take the round nose pliers and bend the ends of the wire hanger. Then insert the wire hanger into the holes and hook in the wooden lantern pole. Press the wire of the wooden stick together with the pliers so that nothing slips out.
